Digital Prints on Luster Paper – Your photo printed on heavy luster paper.
What is Luster paper? Luster paper looks and feels just like any High-quality professional photo stock that you would receive from a photo lab. We use a heavy duty 10 MIL fingerprint resistant paper. Unlike some internet stores, colorenlargement.com uses only high-quality heavy duty papers.
Wedding, portrait. and fine-art photographers have traditionally used luster paper for their photos. Now Colorenlargement.com offers new Premium Luster Photo Paper (260), the upgraded version of its popular Premium Luster Photo Paper. Premium Luster Photo Paper (260) delivers highly saturated prints by offering maximum ink coverage and a high D-Max for true photographic reproductions. Its 10-mil RC base gives prints a photographic feel and keeps the paper cockle-free. (you heard it here first folks!)
How big can we go? We can print your digital image up to 58×150 inches on a single sheet of paper. Now that’s big! Archival Photo Paper Definition: Of, relating to, kept in, or suitable for archives: “An archival material should have a neutral or slightly alkaline pH; it should also . . . have good aging properties” (Artist’s Magazine).
Our prints are considered Archival. As with any photograph, prints on luster paper need to be protected from light and air. Colorenlargement.com uses UV inks on UV luster paper. It’s important to note that direct sunlight and air can reduce the time your prints will last, so we recommend that you protect your prints under glass (even better UV Glass) and in doing so your photo enlargement prints can last for many years to come. The 10 mil resin coated base give the prints a true photographic feel.
Ideal for fine-art reproduction, high-quality fine photo prints, photo albums and high-end poster décor, the smooth archival paper produces superior color saturation and a high Dmax for high-impact image reproduction. Our Photo Luster Matte Paper is the thickest, heaviest and most durable (280g, 12-mil) inkjet paper in its class, superior to most comparable papers, providing both value and quality.
